The Supreme Court will hear landmark arguments Thursday concerning the scope of presidential powers, as Trump’s attorneys say he has absolute immunity from federal prosecution for any official acts. Retired Supreme Court Associate Justice Stephen Breyer joins Andrea Mitchel to discuss his time on the Court, Trump’s historic case and his new book “Reading the Constitution: Why I chose Pragmatism, Not Textualism.”
