Progressive sorts Pedro Valentino and Gone Rogue clash in the Download The Racing App Now Handicap (3.00).

Clive Cox’s Pedro Valentino improved on his debut fifth at Nottingham to score narrowly at Wolverhampton in November. He could be the one to beat on handicap debut after undergoing wind surgery.

Charlie Johnston saddles Gone Rogue, who had a successful two-year-old season winning twice from four starts. He heads the danger as he drops in class partnered by Joe Fanning.

Purefoy is here on his handicap debut for Andrew Balding. He will be looking to go one better than last time as he finished second but was just no match for the winner.

3.10 Fontwell – In-form duo The Scorpion King and Joe Catton meet

The Scorpion King and Joe Catton meet in the AK Bets Doesn’t Refuse Payouts Handicap Chase (3.10).

The Scorpion King got off the mark over fences when he landed a course and distance handicap last month. He tops the weights off this with a 5lb higher mark.

Joe Catton bounced back from a short break to score on chasing debut at Exeter. This dual winning pointer could well continue to flourish over the larger obstacles.

Concrete King is still a maiden over fences but in this rematch with The Scorpion King, he could get closer under revised terms.

4.20 Fontwell – Double Click, Our Pink Lady and Ruler Legend headline

Three last-time out winners Double Click, Our Pink Lady and Ruler Legend headline in the AK Bets Let’s Get Mr T Handicap Hurdle (4.20).

Our Pink Lady has returned to excellent form this year as she won twice on her two starts at Southwell. She looks set for another big effort here as she lines up off a 6lb higher mark with Alex Chadwick claiming a handy 7lb.

Jamie Snowden’s topweight Double Click is a consistent type who kept on well to see off Hawk Stone at Chepstow last month and should be in the mix up in class in this contest.

The Jonjo O’Neill-trained Rule Legend made a successful handicap debut when he saw off rivals at Huntingdon. The heavy ground should suit he could follow up on this extra distance.
