The Biden Administration will announce an executive action tomorrow that will give the president authority to temporarily close the Southern border if the number of migrants crossing illegally rises above 2,500 a day, according to people familiar with the plans. Telemundo’s Julio Vaqueiro reports that immigration will also be a key issue for Mexico’s groundbreaking president-elect.
