At a rare Saturday session, the House passed funding bills to send aid to Ukraine, Israel, Gaza and Taiwan. It also passed a bill that could lead to a ban of TikTok. Despite strong bipartisan support for each, the votes could pave the way for a showdown over Mike Johnson’s future as Speaker of the House. NBC News’ Julie Tsirkin has more.
