Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou appointed Chief Executive Officer
Fendi is about to welcome a new CEO. The Italian company, which belongs to global luxury leader LVMH, will be entrusted to Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou.
The executive, who was appointed CEO of the LVMH Fashion Group (of which Fendi is a member) last March, will take over as CEO of the Roman fashion house on June 1, according to the American media outlet WWD. This information has been confirmed by FashionNetwork.com. He will retain his functions within the LVMH Fashion Group.
Serge Brunschwig, who has been at the helm of Fendi for more than six years, “will take on new responsibilities within the LVMH group”, according to an internal press release, which states that these new roles will be announced shortly.
Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou joined Louis Vuitton in 2019 as director of strategic missions in charge of fashion and leather goods. In 2022, he became deputy CEO of Louis Vuitton. As part of his role, he oversaw Louis Vuitton’s men’s products, women’s accessories, digital innovation and communications and events, including working with creative directors Virgil Abloh and Pharrell Williams.
Prior to that, he spent more than twenty years at L’Oréal SA, where he held the position of international general manager of the L’Oréal Paris brand. He graduated from HEC Paris business school in 1996.
