The Supreme Court is set to confront a key question that will determine if Donald Trump goes to trial for allegedly trying to overturn the 2020 election. This comes as a state grand jury in Arizona indicted 11 republican officials Wednesday for their unsuccessful ploy to award the state’s electoral votes to Trump. NBC’s Laura Jarrett reports for TODAY.
